NOTE: Be sure to set up your Account, Create/Import at least 1 (One) List (Subscribers List) and 1 (One) Email Template before creating your first Campaign.
Click on the left menu, Campaigns » Campaigns and you'll get a list of all created Campaigns with 3 (Three) buttons above the list – 1) Create New: for creating new Campaign, 2) Manage Groups: for managing Campaign groups, and 3) Refresh: to refresh the campaign list.
Click on the “Create New” button to begin creating a new campaign. There are 4 (Four) stages to create a campaign – Details, Setup, Template and Confirmation.
Details: There are 2 (Two) mandatory fields 1) Campaign Name: Give meaningful campaign name, and 2) List: select subscribers list from the given drop down to whom you want to send the campaign.
Setup: These are the normal email criteria that you are already using while sending your regular/normal emails like From Name, From Email, Reply to, To Name, and Subject that you are already aware and had provided in your profile. If you have not provided in your profile, kindly do that first and then Modify the campaign from the list. Also, there are Campaign options for tracking from various sources, do not change anything if you are not aware with these settings, keep the default settings as-it-is.
Template: This is the area where you can Design your own email campaign or select ready-to-use templates. CrowdMail provides unique ways to design your template – 1) By importing HTML from URL, 2) Upload your own template, 3) Select Template from available ones, or 4) design your own with Drag-&-Drop email builder. You can even send a Test email to test your designed email by clicking on Test Template button
Confirmation: Select Date & Time when you would like to send the Campaign & click on Send Campaign button to send. CrowdMail provides a facility of Automation, so that you can create your campaign before & send it whenever you want to send.
